Judy Singh, Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Judy is a valuable member of the Chamber team, assisting in all day-to-day executive duties, including scheduling, correspondence, in-house projects and board-related responsibilities. Judy’s organizational skills were honed during her years as a legal secretary providing administrative assistance to multiple attorneys, coordinating electronically-filed court documents, updating voluminous client files and maintaining attorney calendars and docketed deadlines. She has more than 10 years working in the legal field. Her professional and friendly manner make her a welcome presence to Chamber members and to staff.
Rachel Brandenberg, Marketing and Communications Coordinator
During her time at the Chamber, Rachel Brandenberg was promoted from Executive Assistant to the President to our Marketing and Communications Coordinator. In her new role, she serves as co-editor of the monthly newsletter, is responsible for the weekly e-newsletter, website maintenance, social media management and distribution of press releases. Rachel also manages sales for print and digital advertising, media and community relations, and the implementation of the annual marketing and communications plan for the Chamber.
Rachel has accumulated over 9 years of marketing, administrative, and IT experience throughout several industries. A native of Troy, Rachel holds a B.S. in Business/Marketing from The College of Saint Rose. When not working secularly, Rachel enjoys her time as a volunteer Bible teacher and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Stephanie Fitch is the Controller for the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, a position she has held since November 2000. She is responsible for management of all internal financial operations of the Chamber including supervision of cash flow, audit of health insurance transactions, oversight of investments and preparation of the budget. Alicia Perez Osur, Director of Events and Engagement
Alicia Osur oversees events, and sponsorships as the Director of Events and Engagement. She develops and manages a varied portfolio including networking events, speaker panels, Golf Classic and Annual Victorian Stroll. Alicia works with businesses and civic organizations to tailor sponsorships. Her primary goal is to ensure every event is designed to serve the needs of members and continue to produce quality and relevant programming the Chamber has long been associated with providing.
Prior to her tenure at the Chamber, Alicia worked at SUNY Schenectady as the Director of Events and Community Engagement where she developed and oversaw internal and external events and developed culturally diverse-community partnerships.
Her life-long commitment for volunteering and service includes the Boys and Girls Club of Schenectady, Meeting Professional International and Shaker Road-Loudonville Fire Department Auxiliary.
Alicia was honored to be the recipient of two awards; the Capital Region YMCA “Adult Achiever” and the MPI Upstate New York Chapter’s “Volunteer of the Year." She was recognized by Please Remember Me, a veteran’s organization, for her volunteer work on their behalf.
