Kohout Becomes Newest Partner

architecture+ is proud to announce the appointment of Emily Kohout, AIA, LEED AP to the position of Principal. This recognition is based on her exceptional service to our clients, their projects, and to the development of our internal team.

Over her impressive 20 years with the firm, Emily has emerged as a highly regarded architect, whose clients benefit from her dedication to the whole project. She focuses on bringing our clients’ visions to life, from initial design through construction. As a mentor, she encourages and supports emerging designers, creating learning opportunities to grow and develop the a+ team.

As a project architect and manager, Emily has developed a diverse skill set that enhances environments for higher education, community, and mental healthcare projects. She manages and collaborates with various teams designing notable regional and national projects, including:
