Northern Rivers Adds New Board Members

 

ALBANY, NY — Northern Rivers Family of Services announced that Jamie Dughi Hogencamp, Michael Lipschultz, Michael Paulsen, and Susan Zongrone have joined the board of directors of the human services nonprofit organization.

 

Dughi Hogencamp serves as a partner with Barclay Damon, advising health care human services clients on regulatory and compliance matters. She previously served as a law clerk for Judge Michael Garcia at the NYS Court of Appeals and as a policy fellow with the NYS Office of Children and Family Services. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Union College, her MSW from the UAlbany School of Social Welfare, and her JD from Albany Law School.

 

Lipshultz is a partner with UHY LLP and a managing director with UHY Advisors. He specializes in advising growing and emerging organizations on financial reporting and accounting issues with a focus on the tech sector. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and his master’s degree in accounting from the University at Albany.

 

Paulsen is counsel with Manatt Health, providing legal, regulatory, and legislative counsel to healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and health insurance companies. He previously was a partner with a New York-based law firm serving the healthcare industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Siena College and his JD from Albany Law School.

 

Zongrone is a relationship manager and vice president with Key Private Bank in Albany. She previously served as a business development executive with the Mahoney Performance Institute and as a business analyst with Daniel Pasek Consulting. She earned her bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from UMass Amherst.
