The United Group of Companies, Inc. Announces First Steps Towards City Station North Development

The United Group of Companies Inc. is excited to announce demolition has begun, marking a significant milestone in the multi-phased development project. City Station North is a mixed-use development that will expand upon the success of the previous phases, further transforming the surrounding neighborhood and contributing to the ongoing revitalization efforts in the city of Troy.

Situated between Congress Avenue and State Street, City Station North will continue to elevate the neighborhood by offering a dynamic "live, work, play" lifestyle. The development will feature the following amenities:

"Class A" Office Space: A four-story office building offering 40,000 square feet of premium office space, with 10,000 square feet per floor. The office space will provide elevator access and flexible design options, catering to office suites starting from 2,500 square feet.

Luxury Apartments: A four-story apartment building comprising 87 market-rate rental units. Residents will enjoy a comprehensive amenity package, including onsite parking, a fitness center, a community room, and a rooftop terrace with a fire pit. The apartment community mix consists of 62 one-bedroom units ranging in size from 675 to 839 square feet and 25 two-bedroom units ranging from 1,179 to 1,277 square feet.

Parking: The development will feature 160 covered and surface parking spaces, ensuring convenient parking options for residents and office occupants year-round.

As part of the City Station North project, an existing vacant 65,000 square foot commercial building will be demolished, representing United Group's continued commitment to transforming the area surrounding City Station and further connecting it to Troy's bustling central business district.

United Group of Companies is excited to continue their transformative journey, creating a vibrant and thriving community that will shape the future of the city of Troy.
