Melody A. Mackenzie, PLLC is a statewide private practice that handles a wide range of complex domestic relations matters, involving litigation, negotiation, collaborative and mediation.

MAM PLLC has handled a number of hotly contested child custody cases and has provided legal trial counsel in cases in Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga, Greene, Schoharie, Washington, Warren, and Columbia counties.

More recently, the practice has been expanded to include collaborative divorce and mediation services. While collaborative divorce and mediation is not an option in all cases, we are pleased to offer this non-adversarial choice for our clients.
