Osborne's Court Advocacy Services (CAS) staff work with defense attorneys to design and
propose individualized release and sentencing plans for individuals 16+ facing a conviction and
a sentence that might include a term of incarceration. Our Mitigation Specialists use a clinical
approach to conduct pre-pleading and pre-sentencing investigations of client backgrounds to
ascertain mitigating circumstances and provide in-depth assessments to courts to advocate for
appropriate alternative sentencing options.
