Hospitality Shift Lead (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house (bar or bakery) operations

  • Serve and host guests with exceptional hospitality

  • Coordinate staff and support shift operations

  • Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory

  • Assist with opening, closing, and event duties

Qualifications

  • Hospitality or restaurant leadership experience

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Computer savvy (Word, Excel, email, POS systems)

  • Positive attitude, dependable, adaptable, and a team player

  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible seasonal hours (30 to 52 hrs./week)

Compensation

  • Hospitality Shift Lead: $20 to $40/hr (hourly wage + tips)

  • Future benefits, including 401(k), as the business grows.

Kitchen Staff $16 to $18/hr

Dishwasher $16/hr

Host Staff $16 to $18/hr (hourly wage + tips)

Parking Staff $16/hr (hourly wage + tips)

Bussers $16/hr (hourly wage + tips)
