Hospitality Shift Lead (Full-Time)
Responsibilities

Lead front-of-house (bar or bakery) operations

Serve and host guests with exceptional hospitality

Coordinate staff and support shift operations

Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory

Assist with opening, closing, and event duties
Qualifications

Hospitality or restaurant leadership experience

Outstanding customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Computer savvy (Word, Excel, email, POS systems)

Positive attitude, dependable, adaptable, and a team player

Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible seasonal hours (30 to 52 hrs./week)
Compensation

Hospitality Shift Lead: $20 to $40/hr (hourly wage + tips)
