Unity House Launching Pizza Test Kitchen in 2026
Unity House is going to be launching a Pizza Test Kitchen in 2026; this is a paid employment program aimed at engaging at-risk youth residing in Troy and between the ages of 15-24. This program will help participants gain real work experience through hands-on learning in the kitchen and in front of house settings. Participants will also learn culinary skills, customer service, and other important job skills! Upon completion, they will also receive certification in food, food safety, and sanitization, among other essential work-place skills!
