Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, Maitri Yoga, and CDPHP present FREE Sunday Morning Yoga at the Capital Region Music Hub
with special musical guests Cello Experience on October 25
TROY, NY: Start your week off with movement, music, and mindfulness through an extended series of free Sunday Morning Yoga sessions, presented by Maitri Yoga and made possible by the generous support of CDPHP. October 25 will feature a musical activation from Cello Experience along with instruction from Nikki Rogers of Lifted Vision Grounded Grooves.
Sunday Morning Yoga is a continuation of Downtown Troy BID’s outdoor series, which offered classes throughout July and August. This next series of classes will be held inside the Troy Saving Bank Music Hall’s Capital Region Music Hub, providing a welcoming space for participants of all experience levels to enjoy accessible yoga and musical activations while moving, recharging, and connecting with the community.
“As we head into the fall and winter months, CDPHP is proud to partner with Maitri Yoga and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall to ensure our community continues to have access to programs that support both physical and mental wellbeing,” said Jen Cassidy, director of corporate giving for CDPHP. “Expanding opportunities for people to engage in programs that help them live healthier lives is central to the CDPHP mission, and this partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to removing barriers to wellness.”
The indoor sessions kicked off on September 15 and are scheduled through December 20. All yoga classes run from 9 to 10 a.m. and folks can sign up at https://www.yogatroy.com/. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat.
