Registration Closing Soon for the 2025 CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge

 

ALBANY, N.Y. – April 21, 2024 – CDPHP and the Hudson-Mohawk Road Runners Club (HMRRC) are reminding all interested participants that registration for the CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge is scheduled to close on May 5 at 11:59 p.m. This year’s race is on Thursday, May 15 at 6:25 p.m. Registration is $30 for all attendees, in person and virtual.

 

Race proceeds will benefit Unity House and Girls on the Run Capital RegionUnity House provides a no-cost traveling summer camp for eligible children ages six to 12. Proceeds from the 2025 CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge will substantially improve campers’ opportunities to discover, learn, and explore themes and destinations that most would otherwise not have access to.

 

Girls on the Run Capital Region will expand programming to ten new sites in areas with high rates of childhood diabetes. To ensure access and affordability, Girls on the Run Capital Region will provide healthy snacks, program equipment such as proper footwear and apparel, and financial assistance for participation.

 

The CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge is organized by and serves as a significant fundraiser for HMRRC. In addition to raising funds for local charities, the race also helps to fund HMRRC’s college scholarships, grants, and free race programs for local youth.
