New chapter begins for Capital Region’s premier design and home remodeling firm
Quality PM, Inc., an award-winning design and home-remodeling firm based in Delmar, New York, announced that it has launched a new brand identity as Quality Design & Remodel. The rebranding reflects the firm’s commitment to design and remodeling excellence and solidifying its position atop the growing design and home remodeling industry in the Capital Region.
Quality Design & Remodel has adapted to the Capital Region’s demand for design and home remodeling services over the past decade. In 2015, home remodeling became the firm’s primary focus. Since then, they’ve taken many steps to separate their original business as a property manager to focus on their home remodeling services. All efforts have culminated with the announcement of the rebrand.

Since 2020, the firm has more than doubled its sales revenue – with the number of completed projects totaling around 40-60 in the same time frame. Biché cited the Capital Region’s limited housing inventory as a contributor to sustained demand for remodeling services.
“With few homes available for purchase locally, more homeowners are turning to remodeling,” said Biché. “We find that many of our clients seek improvement in their quality of life. That’s their motivation for partnering with us and recommending our services to their friends and family. Now, we have a name that matches our reputation.”

Recently, the firm expanded its capabilities by hiring a design team with 20+ years of combined experience, positioning Quality Design & Remodel as one of the few firms locally offering both design and remodeling services.
