National Bank of Coxsackie Donates $2,500 to Greene County Agricultural Society
Coxsackie, NY – [February 2026] – National Bank of Coxsackie (NBC) is proud to announce its recent $2,500 donation to the Greene County Agricultural Society. The contribution was made possible through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY), which enables member banks like NBC to support local organizations that promote community development and regional vitality.
The Greene County Agricultural Society plays a vital role in preserving and promoting agriculture in Greene County, most notably through its stewardship of the Greene County Youth Fair. The Fair provides educational opportunities, celebrates local agriculture, and brings the community together to support youth development, farming traditions, and local businesses. This donation will help support the Society’s ongoing efforts to maintain fairgrounds, enhance programming, and ensure the continued success of this longstanding community event.
“NBC is proud to support the Greene County Agricultural Society and its mission to preserve agricultural heritage while investing in the future of our community,” said John Balli, President & CEO of the National Bank of Coxsackie. “Organizations like the Agricultural Society play an essential role in strengthening rural communities, supporting youth education, and fostering economic activity throughout Greene County. We are honored to contribute to their continued success through this FHLB grant.”
