Dear MoJo’s Family,

MoJo’s is turning ONE YEAR OLD! And, we’re throwing a party that’s got soul, sunshine, and serious musical magic.

Join us Friday, May 16 for our 1st Year Birthday Bash, featuring a stunning courtyard show (weather permitting!) with internationally acclaimed duo:

🎶 Natalie Cressman & Ian Faquini
💫 With a special opening set by Joseph Biss

📍 Doors at 6PM | Show at 7PM - $40
🎟️ GET TICKETS HERE!!!

✨ About the Artists:

Natalie Cressman & Ian Faquini bring an intimate and spellbinding blend of impressionism, jazz, and Brazilian folk songwriting. Their music, sung in three languages, envelops the listener with two-part harmonies, acoustic guitar, trombone, and lyrical beauty that feels like it’s coming from a full orchestra.

Natalie and Ian's sound has lit up stages from the Monterey Jazz Festival to tours across Brazil, Japan, Spain, and beyond.

  • Ian Faquini, raised in both Brazil and California, crafts sophisticated Brazilian Folk and Jazz, and he has studied under the legendary Brazilian guitarist, Guinga.

  • Natalie Cressman, blends Latin jazz, pop, post-bop with Brazilian music, and has toured for over a decade as the trombonist in the Trey Anastasio Band.

Joseph Biss kicks off the night with local love and a sound all their own. Joseph's beautifully complex songwriting style pulls from the sonic DNA of Les Claypool, Kaki King, and Leo Kottke. Expect intricate guitar work and raw poeticism from one of Troy’s most intriguing musicians.

This night means the world to us! We’re celebrating a full trip around the sun filled with connection, creativity, and community. Let’s gather in the courtyard and toast to all that’s been and all that’s still to come.

With gratitude and groove,

The MoJo’s Crew
