CEO Announces Summer Program Scholarship is back for 2025

We’re excited to announce that our Summer Program Scholarship is officially back for 2025! This opportunity is designed to support Rensselaer County families in need of financial assistance so their children can participate in enriching summer programs.

Eligibility & Prioritization:

  • Open to Rensselaer County youth ages 4–16.

  • Priority will be given to youth ages 12–16, due to limited funding and fewer resources available for this age group.

  • Scholarships will only be granted to officially recognized youth programs (no payments can be made to individuals or in-home caregivers).

  • Families must provide proof of enrollment in the program.

For Youth Programs:

If you are a youth provider receiving scholarship payments from CEO, please be prepared to submit a current W-9 and an invoice in order to process payment.

Required Documentation (view only, unless otherwise noted):

  • Photo ID for Head of Household

  • Documentation confirming youth’s name and date of birth (e.g., Birth Certificate, Medicaid card)

  • Proof of Rensselaer County residency (e.g., lease, utility bill, tax document)

  • Proof of income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level (e.g., SNAP letter, SSI/SSD, recent pay stubs)
