Candice Hunt Workshop- Words that Influence: Boosting Customer Service with Effective Writing

Wednesday, June 4, 2025

11:00am - 12:30pm EST

Virtual

Effective communication is at the heart of great customer service. Whether you're engaging with external clients or collaborating with internal teams, the ability to use words and grammar thoughtfully can make all the difference in fostering positive relationships and solving problems efficiently.

In this interactive workshop, Candice Hunt, drawing from her experience as a high school English teacher, will guide you through how to:

Choose words that influence customer perceptions, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Utilize the active and passive voice to influence the tone and intended message.
Customize your writing to suit the reader’s personality.
Say “no” tactfully without actually saying the word.

By the end of the session, you’ll have practical writing tools to enhance your professional communication and, most importantly, ensure your messages are understood exactly as you intend.
