Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. has been proudly serving our community since 1987. We provide rehabilitation to patients of all ages for a multitude of conditions. Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is located off of Route 4, snuggled in a country setting. We are an 80 bed rehabilitaion and long term care facility. We specialize in physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our goal is to get you home as soon as we can, because there is no place like "home".
