National Bank of Coxsackie donates $5,000 to Greene County Woman’s League

Coxsackie, NY – [February 2026] – National Bank of Coxsackie (NBC) is proud to announce its recent $5,000 donation to the Greene County Women’s Health League. The funds were made possible through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY), which enables member banks like NBC to support local organizations that provide critical assistance and strengthen the communities they serve.

The Greene County Women’s Health League provides financial assistance to Greene County residents diagnosed with cancer, helping to offset medical-related expenses during treatment. The organization’s work supports individuals and families across the county by easing the financial burden that often accompanies a cancer diagnosis.

“Greene County Women’s League Cancer Patient Aid is a nonprofit organization committed to helping Greene County residents diagnosed with cancer by providing financial assistance toward medical bills, including wigs and prosthetics,” said Judee Synakowski, President of the Greene County Women’s Health League. “Our ability to support patients is made possible through fundraisers and generous grants from local organizations such as your wonderful bank. Donations like this make a meaningful difference for individuals and families facing incredibly challenging circumstances.”

“NBC is proud to support the Greene County Women’s Health League and the important work they do for local residents,” said John Balli, President & CEO of the National Bank of Coxsackie. “Providing assistance to individuals and families during difficult times aligns closely with our mission as a community bank, and we are honored to support this organization through this FHLB grant.”

Founded in 1852, the National Bank of Coxsackie has been serving the Capital Region and Hudson Valley for over 170 years, offering a full range of personal and business banking products and services. NBC remains committed to strengthening the communities it serves through financial support, volunteerism, and partnership. The bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of NBC Bancorp, Inc. (OTCPK: NCXS).
