National Bank of Coxsackie donates $3,500 to Hudson-Athens Lighthouse Preservation Society
Coxsackie, NY – [March 2026] – National Bank of Coxsackie (NBC) is proud to announce its recent $3,500 donation to the Hudson-Athens Lighthouse Preservation Society. The funds were made possible through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY), which enables member banks like NBC to support local organizations that strengthen communities and preserve regional heritage.
The Hudson-Athens Lighthouse Preservation Society is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the historic Hudson-Athens Lighthouse, a treasured landmark on the Hudson River. Through restoration efforts, educational programs, and community engagement, the organization works to maintain the lighthouse as both a historic resource and a symbol of the region’s maritime heritage.
