A Legacy of Leadership: Rachael Capo, Esq. Receives Impact Award
On August 12, 2026, Rachael Capo, Esq., Director of Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, was honored with the Leadership Institute Impact Award in recognition of her extraordinary dedication to the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber Leadership Institute, the region’s only skills-based leadership development program.
For years, Rachael has given her time, energy, and heart to strengthening the Leadership Institute and supporting the people who make the program so meaningful. Her commitment has helped create opportunities for emerging leaders to grow, connect, and make a lasting difference throughout the region.
