Community Resource FCU Promotes Jaye Jones to Chief Experience Officer



Latham, NY – April 20, 2026 – Community Resource Federal Credit Union (CRFCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jaye Jones to Chief Experience Officer (CXO). In this role, Jones will lead the credit union’s marketing, people & culture, and branch operations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for both members and employees.

Jones has over four years of credit union experience, beginning her career at First New York before joining CRFCU, where she advanced through the marketing department and played a key role in strengthening brand awareness, member engagement, and organizational culture. Prior to entering the credit union industry, she spent 15 years with The Salvation Army, where she developed strong expertise in leadership development, training, and coaching. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Management.

As Chief Experience Officer, Jones will focus on aligning marketing strategy, employee engagement, and branch operations to enhance the overall member journey. Her leadership will support continued growth, strengthen internal culture, and ensure a high level of service across all member touchpoints.
