Resident Services Coordinator, Summit At Halfmoon, Clifton Park, NY
The position of Resident Services Coordinator is a perfect mix of activity coordination & office management rolled into one. At Summit, you will enjoy a fast- paced environment where you are valued by your coworkers, management, and our resident population. AND RESPONSIBILITES:
 Front office management - with duties ranging from office administration to customer
service to program planning.
 Office administration responsible for ordering of supplies, inventory control, answering
phones, entering invoices into accounting software, data entry and general
business needs.
 Serves as a liaison and resource for residents, families, guests and vendors.
 Development and coordination of monthly calendar including entertainment, fitness
classes, outings,social gatherings, movies, crafts, educational seminars and more.
 Maintains kitchen supplies and inventory for community's daily continental breakfast.
 Schedules and coordinatestransportation.
 Back up for touring and marketing events.
 Special projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
 Ability to work independently and as a team member.
 Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of
Publisheraplus. Ability to learn new software as needed.
 Experience in Independent Senior Housing preferred.
 Ability to handle finances and work within a budget.
 Professional image compatible with Summit Senior Living – positive attitude, energetic, assertive, and ability to serve as a role model for staff
 Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment failure, emergency situations, etc.
 Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
 Background check required
SCOPE AND COMPENSATION:
 Full-time non-exempt position with a minimum of forty hours per week and additional
hours as required – may include some nights and/or weekends.
 Salary commensurate with level of experience and job requirement
