Outside Sales Position
Description:
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and digital prospecting.
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Partner with leadership on strategic, high-value sales opportunities.
- Represent Groff NetWorks at networking events, business associations, and community functions.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our IT services and value proposition.
- Track and report key sales metrics, forecasts, and trends.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven success in developing client relationships and closing new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A consultative, client-focused approach and passion for helping businesses grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies.
- Background in technology, IT services, or professional services industries.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
