Maintenance Technician

Luizzi Property Management Corp (a division of Luizzi Companies) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our reputable team! An ideal candidate must have background knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You must also have experience with basic residential and commercial maintenance. The maintenance Technician will be responsible for all aspects of property maintenance services. Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Painting
• Apartment Turnovers
• Trash Removal
• Appliance Replacement and Preventative Maintenance
• Daily Common Area Cleaning
• Pool cleaning and maintenance (seasonal)
• Snow Removal
• Ensure the grounds are clean and free of all debris.
Qualifications:
• Property Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and work under pressure.
• Must be organized, a strong communicator, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Having your own means of transportation is highly suggested.
