We have an immediate need for a Field Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate office in Troy, NY. This is a full-time role, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing & Sales:

Highlights of this position’s responsibilities include:

*Full job description will be available during the interview process

· Management of deliverables from on-site teams and auditing for accuracy, on-time delivery, etc. and proper follow-up and/or escalating as needed. Reports include:

o 90-Day Marketing Plans

o Outreach Grids

o Hot Sheets

· Field Marketing Coordination:

o Creating marketing job tasks in the Asana system and managing proofing processes

o Coordination of marketing events as assigned for non-portfolio sites or United Plus Property Management, as assigned (i.e. golf tournaments, Chamber sponsorships)

o Maintains and executes on an ongoing 90-day marketing plan for selected properties that includes community outreach initiatives, digital, print, and other marketing activities Communities will be stabilized and required maximum of 3-4 hours per month of input.

Supports team with larger events, both on-site and off-site, and attending/working selected events

o Assists with planning and attending marketing or leasing events, such as tabling or exhibiting, to increase awareness of the properties and generate new resident leads

o Standardize management of XpressDocs approvals and ordering process, creating a process for managing inventories of leasing collateral, marketing supplies, and promotional materials at properties

o Work closely with vendors for marketing events across all communities from contract negotiation to the day of the ensure successful events

o Assists in weekly/monthly report management for Regional Managers (as requested)

· Works in conjunction with the Marketing Services team to design and develop advertising and marketing collateral for print and electronic media outlets in accordance with plan and budget

Job Overview + Qualifications

· Job Type + Compensation: Property Accountant; $58,500 salary

· Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

· Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in marketing, leasing experience a plus

· Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the month to assist with marketing events or off-site outreach events

· Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

· High energy, proactive and a positive attitude!

· High-functioning administrative skills with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)

· Professional image compatible with United Group

· Demonstrates integrity on personal and professional level; ability to provide services while maintaining confidentiality in relation to resident concerns and service needs

· Willingness to work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds required; seniors preferred

· Problem solver and multi-tasker

· Ability and willingness to substitute for any position at the site
