Project Manager – Join Our Growing Team!

Hoosick Valley Contractors is hiring a Project Manager to lead high-quality commercial construction projects in New York’s Capital Region. We’re based just outside of Troy—less than 30 minutes from Clifton Park, Saratoga, or Albany.

Candidates must have a solid understanding of construction methods, materials and best practices, with relevant experience successfully managing construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

➝ Manage construction projects from $1M–$15M
➝ Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors & suppliers
➝ Ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and on schedule
➝ Solve problems proactively and keep things moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

➝ Resourceful & detail-oriented problem solver

➝ Industry experience in construction project management

➝ Ability to read & interpret plans and specs

➝ Strong communication & negotiation skills

➝ Tech-savvy (Procore experience is a plus)

➝ Experience with Federal defense contracts is a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
