Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, P.C. Named Lombardi and Comisso Shareholders



Albany, N Y: Tina Lombardi, CPA and Vincent J. Commisso, CPA, have recently been named as Shareholders for Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, P.C. (TBC). The promotion for both Lombardi and Commisso took place on June 1st. Lombardi joined the TBC team in 1991 while Commisso joined in 2007.

Both Lombardi and Commisso graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
In the office, Lombardi manages all aspects of audit, review and compilation engagements along with supervision and corporate and individual tax planning. Lombardi also finds herself being the chair of the Firm’s internal Professional Standards Group (Accounting & Auditing) and she oversees the Automobile Niche Group. Lombardi finds herself managing advisory services for the restaurant industry as well as overseeing all accounting aspects of her family’s businesses.

Commisso manages all aspects of accounting and tax engagements for a diverse client base in several different industries. He is involved with training and education of staff through in-house seminars and mentorship programs. Commisso is actively involved with the TBC Professional Standards Group (Accounting & Auditing) that assists with firm engagement quality control as well as the Internal Manufacturing and Government Committees.

Lombardi and Commisso are also involved outside of work. Lombardi is currently an Advisory Board Member for the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation. Commisso is a current Board Member of Northeast Career Planning where he is also the Treasurer. Commisso is also a 2013 graduate of the Capital Region Chamber Leadership Tech Valley Program and has been an active volunteer in the U.S. SBA Emerging Leaders Program (Albany Program) since 2017.
