Sunmark Credit Union Among Local Companies Recognized Nationally as a Top Workplace
Despite workers leaving their jobs in droves since 2020, several local companies are leading the way in keeping their employees happy, fulfilled, and reporting high levels of job satisfaction.
The Center for Internet Security, Inc. (CIS®), Sunmark Credit Union, and Warren, Washington and Albany Counties ARC have all been recognized among the 2022 Top Workplaces USA for their commitment to their staff, their clients, and their communities.
The Top Workplaces USA celebrates companies of various sizes that make the world a better place to work together, by prioritizing a people-centered culture, and giving employees a voice. The award is based solely on feedback from employee engagement surveys.
The “Great Resignation and Reshuffling” has demonstrated how important employee satisfaction is, and here are some of the ways three of the local winners are doing that:
CIS is a nonprofit leader in the cybersecurity field, committed to keeping the connected world a safer place.
