Sandler Training Expands Services and Market Operations



Sandler Training, the premier sales, service and management training company in the Capital District, is expanding operations to increase services and market area.  To support the market expansion Sandler Training is pleased to announce the hiring of Luke Scarchilli as Associate, and the promotion of Lauren Valentine to Executive Associate.

Sandler Training Owner/CEO Matt Scarchilli plans to expand operations in three ways; It will expand geographically to serve Saratoga Springs, South Glens Falls, Glens Falls and Queensbury as well as Fulton and Montgomery Counties.  There will be an increased focus on providing the market Customer Service and Sales Management training.  Sandler Training will focus on providing services to specific vertical markets, including Medical Care, Financial Planning, Banking and Attorney groups.

“We are expanding to help successful companies throughout the greater Capital District optimize their sales initiatives,” Scarchilli stated, “and we are staffed to deliver the proven process and methodology of Sandler Training to them.”

Associate Luke Scarchilli will be responsible for business development and content delivery to the Saratoga, South Glens Falls, Glens Falls, and Queensbury territory.  He will serve as the Sandler liaison for the northern county chambers of commerce, networking groups and community activities.

“We are excited to have Luke onboard,” Scarchilli said. “He brings a new resource to the North Country in terms of a worldwide sales, management and customer service training organization.”

Executive Associate Lauren Valentine’s expanded role includes focusing on the business development initiative, providing services to specific verticals and delivering expanded areas of content.  She will continue to work with large and small enterprises on developing stronger sales teams, creating better hiring practices and leading organizations more effectively.
