Questar III BOCES controller elected president of NYGFOA board
Albany, N.Y. – Jennifer Mulligan, CPA, business office manager and controller of Questar III BOCES, has been elected president of the board of governors of the New York Government Finance Officers Association. A member of the NYGFOA board since 2009, she will serve a one-year term as president. NYGFOA is a not-for-profit professional membership organization composed of more than 1,110 public and private sector government finance professionals throughout New York State.
Mulligan has been in her current position at Questar III since February 2015. In addition to her service with NYGFOA, she has been a member of the Advisory Audit Committee of the New York State and Local Retirement System since April 2016 and since December 2018 has served as committee chair.
