Introducing PK Pods — Insights + Advice to Navigate Today’s Workplace

ProKnowledge LLC, a professional development training and consulting firm based in Upstate New York, provides professionals a new resource when navigating workplace situations and challenges through its new podcast, PK Pods: Insights + Advice to Navigate Today’s Workplace. Launched in March 2021, PK Pods features ProKnowledge Performance Consultant Elaine Angelo, a human resources professional with decades of experience, alongside ProKnowledge LLC President Kathleen Pingelski. Future episodes may include guest hosts and various professionals speaking to their areas of expertise.

Each bi-weekly episode of PK Pods is brief, typically around fifteen minutes, and covers a specific topic, such as:

  • Do We Have Freedom of Expression at Work?
  • Love at Work: The Pros + Cons of Romantic Relationships at Work
  • Self-Care for Remote Workers

Elaine Angelo and Kathleen Pingelski explore these and similar questions and workplace situations from employer, manager, and employee perspectives so that all listeners can utilize the team’s expertise to understand and improve their workplace experiences — enabling them to “learn at the speed of need.”
