Northern Rivers Names Daley as Chief Human Resources Officer
ALBANY, NY — Northern Rivers Family of Services announced that Linda Daley has joined the organization as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Daley will provide strategic oversight for the Northern Rivers Human Resources department, including recruitment, retention, and employee relations efforts for a 1,400 member workforce serving a 35-county service area through more than 25 locations. She will also serve as a member of the organization’s executive leadership team.
Daley previously served as vice president of Human Resources at Auburn Community Hospital. She also served as vice president of Human Services at Oswego Health and has held human resources leadership positions at Albany Medical Center, MVP Healthcare, Ayco, Cox Communications, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and for 12 years was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern Vermont College and her MBA from Iona.
