A New England Nanny Waives Agency Fees For Essential Health Care Workers
A New England Nanny, the Capital Region's leading provider of in-home child care and household employment services, is recognizing the hard work and sacrifice of local health care workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
Because many of these essential workers also have children at home and need assistance with homeschooling, babysitting, and more, the agency is waiving their daily fee for all essential health care workers that sign up for temporary services.
These services include babysitting, tutoring and homeschooling, housekeeping, senior care, and more.
"It's a challenging time for everyone, so we looked for a way our agency could help out the health care workers that do so much for our community," said Melissa Schoonmaker, Director of A New England Nanny. "We want to provide a convenient solution for child care while easing the financial burden on these essential employees."
All of the agency's caregivers are experienced professionals that have been thoroughly screened. A New England Nanny and their caregivers are abiding by both the New York State face coverings order, and the CDC precautions for hygiene and safety.
