Linium Recruiting Wins Prestigious Award for Outstanding Client Service for Second Straight Year

Linium Recruiting, the Capital Region’s leading professional staffing agency serving industries ranging from IT, science and engineering to health care, accounting and sales, announced today that it has won a prestigious award for outstanding client service for the second consecutive year.

Inavero's Best of Staffing® Client Awards recognize fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada for providing superior service to their clients. Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, winners are recognized as industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are more than twice as likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided, as compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

“We are honored to be recognized once again for achieving our highest priority: providing exceptional service to outstanding clients that trust us to help them grow their businesses,” said Miriam Dushane, Managing Director, Upstate New York for Linium Recruiting. “I am proud of our team of talented and dedicated professionals, who are passionate and committed to helping great companies build the workforce they need to be successful.”

Agencies vying for Best of Staffing® awards went through a rigorous survey process with Inavero, the world’s leading provider of client and job candidate service quality research for staffing agencies. Linium Recruiting earned the Best of Staffing Award® by obtaining a Net Promoter Score – a standard metric for measuring customer satisfaction – which showed extraordinarily high levels of satisfaction that far outpaced the industry average.

Linium Recruiting is recognized as one of the best recruiting firms in the nation, named by Forbes to its list of America's Best Recruiting Firms 2017. Over the past decade, Linium Recruiting has placed more than 3,000 skilled professionals with over 250 Capital Region companies.

“With a tight labor market and growing economy, finding the right recruiting partners is critical to success,” said Inavero’s CEO Eric Gregg. “Best of Staffing winners prove they can provide consistently remarkable service to their clients and job candidates, and I couldn’t be more proud to feature them on BestofStaffing.com.”
