Linium Recruiting Announces Name Change to Alaant Workforce Solutions, Unveils Innovative Services to Attract, Engage and Retain Premier Talent

Linium Recruiting announced it is changing its name and launching new capabilities that will strengthen its commitment to ensuring companies attract, engage and retain premier employees. Now known as Alaant Workforce Solutions (Alaant), the firm is adding expertise and resources to expand into two innovative practice areas – Employer Brand Strategy and Talent Acquisition Partnerships – that enable employers to build motivated, high-performing workforces for long-term success.

“We are thrilled to unveil our new name, which reflects a modern approach to recruiting that gives employers a competitive edge in attracting the best and brightest employees,” said Miriam Dushane, Managing Partner of Alaant Workforce Solutions. “We are excited to launch new capabilities to provide Employer Brand Strategies, reinforced by our partnership with id29, and to offer Talent Acquisition Partnerships to lead the recruiting function critical to every business. Combined with our longstanding commitment to personalized service and integrity, we are well-positioned to help companies build winning teams that drive productivity and profitability.”

Through a new strategic partnership with national brand leader id29, based in Troy, NY, Alaant will assist companies in developing intelligent, comprehensive employer brand strategies that are essential for attracting and hiring top talent. An Employer Brand Strategy applies the fundamental concepts of Corporate Brand Strategy to the attraction, engagement and retention of great employees. This progressive and proactive approach to talent selection and development requires cultivating a unique and compelling cultural identity that not only supports hiring, but also engages and retains top employees over the long term.
“We congratulate Miriam and the entire team at Alaant on its new name and brand, and look forward to doing great work together that will benefit companies in the Capital Region and beyond,” said Michael Fallone, Principal and Creative Director at id29. “Alaant’s proven excellence in recruiting top talent, combined with our deep expertise in Corporate and Employer Brand Strategies, including work for multi-billion dollar internationals like PUMA and SI Group, and smaller organizations like Bestpass and Sterling Rope, will make an unbeatable combination.”

Alaant is also introducing new capabilities to design and lead a company’s entire recruitment function – including businesses of any size – through Talent Acquisition Partnerships. More flexible than a traditional Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model, Alaant can deploy its own staff, technology and processes, or work with a company’s existing HR team, to spearhead recruiting efforts. In taking responsibility for the results, Alaant reduces the burden on businesses, saving them time and money, while securing the top-notch workforce they need to be successful. This new practice takes advantage of its recognized strength in hiring, which includes placing more than 3,000 skilled professionals with over 300 companies during the past decade.

The company is building on an impressive record of success. For the past two consecutive years, Linium Recruiting was named by Forbes to its list of America’s Best Recruiting Firms. Additionally, the company has been recognized for the past two years in a row with the prestigious Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client Award®, which recognizes fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada for providing superior customer service, based entirely on client ratings.

Alaant will remain in its current offices at 187 Wolf Road in Albany, NY, and its telephone number remains unchanged at (518) 689-3140. For more information, visit www.alaant.com.
