Linium Recruiting Announces Appointment of Nick Maciariello as Director of Sales

Linium Recruiting, the Capital Region’s leading professional recruitment firm serving industries from IT, science and engineering to health care, accounting and sales, today announced the appointment of Nick Maciariello as Director of Sales.

With two decades of experience, including leadership roles in sales and sales management, business development and marketing, Maciariello brings significant expertise in the human resources industry to his new position at Linium. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at both OutMatch, a predictive analytics HR tech firm headquartered in Dallas, TX and its predecessor, Chequed.com, based in Saratoga Springs.

“We are excited to welcome Nick Maciariello to the outstanding team of professionals at Linium Recruiting,” said Miriam Dushane, Managing Director, Upstate New York for Linium Recruiting. “His experience, integrity, and track record of success speak volumes about his commitment to ensuring clients recruit the workforce they need to be productive and profitable.”

In his new role, Maciariello will lead efforts to identify prospects, attract clients and grow revenue at Linium. He will focus on highlighting the company’s innovative recruiting tools and solutions, its commitment to excellence, and its recognition as one of the nation’s best recruiting firms – a designation it received in April for the second consecutive year from Forbes.

“I am thrilled to join the exceptional team at Linium Recruiting, and excited to introduce companies to the invaluable recruiting services we provide,” said Maciariello. “Our mission goes far beyond simply filling positions; it is about ensuring that companies hire the right employees to achieve their business objectives.”

Maciariello previously worked as a major accounts district manager at ADP, in business development at nfrastructure, and in marketing and sales at Cigna Software. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Linium Recruiting has placed more than 3,000 skilled professionals with over 300 companies over the past decade. In April, for the second straight year, it was the only Capital Region company selected to Forbes’ list of America's Best Recruiting Firms 2018. Two months earlier, the firm won the prestigious Inavero's Best of Staffing Client Award®, also for the second consecutive year, which recognizes fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada for providing superior customer service, based entirely on client ratings.
