The Linium Hiring Index - Spring 2018

We invite you to participate in the Linium Hiring Index Survey, a semi-annual measure of the Capital Region's job market.

The Spring 2018 Edition of the Linium Hiring Index will assess the experience and expectations of employers regarding the technology and professional job market, including the outlook for growth, which positions are expanding fastest, and the opportunities and challenges in filling them. The information gathered will assist your company in better understanding the hiring climate, and developing a recruiting strategy to help hire and retain individuals for those key positions.

You'll be able to complete this recently updated online survey in 30 seconds or less. All responses will be kept completely confidential; no company names will be used, nor will individual submissions be shared. This survey is open to all companies to assess hiring in the Capital Region for both high-tech and professional jobs.

We appreciate your expertise and input, and thank you in advance for your participation.
