Jankow Companies Buys Apartment Complex in Troy

We are excited to announce that Jankow Companies has purchased The Summit Apartments off Morrison Avenue in Troy. It’ll soon be known as Iron Point Apartments. The 108-unit complex, near Hudson Valley Community College, sold for $14.2 million on April 19, 2022.
