Ted Jackson is a Senior Vice President of Operations for the Paper Operations of Novolex, North American leader in packaging. As a senior operations executive he has developed and led successful value creation strategies for a broad range of public and privately held companies over a 20+ year career. He's had extensive involvement in leading performance improvement programs to achieve remarkable improvements in margin growth, cash flow and shareholder value through a variety of profitable pricing, supply chain strategy, manufacturing productivity and distribution programs across the globe.
