GTM Adds Industry-Leading HCM Platform To Human Resources Offerings

GTM Payroll Services is now offering iSolved’s cloud-based human capital management (HCM) technology that combines key applicant tracking, human resources, time and labor, compliance, payroll, and benefit enrollment functions in one single point of entry solution. Using a single database architecture, iSolved’s fully integrated system reduces compliance risk, increases employee engagement and productivity, and saves time and money.

Capital Region businesses will now have access to a leading-edge HCM solution with dedicated, local support. GTM’s HCM team will manage the implementation through a comprehensive yet streamlined process that keeps new clients in alignment and drives collaboration and transparency to ensure a smooth transition.

GTM’s certified human resource, payroll, and labor management teams will provide in-person, hands-on training tailored to an organization’s needs using personalized instruction and e-learning technology to accommodate every type of learner in organizations to yield a high satisfaction rate.

“Forward-thinking business executives – not just HR managers – are recognizing the benefits of a robust HCM platform and how it helps them make faster decisions, simplify operations, save time, and increase productivity,” said Guy Maddalone, founder and CEO of GTM Payroll Services. “GTM’s experts combined with iSolved will make complicated processes seem easy and help drive meaningful and actionable insights that can contribute to a company’s growth.”

“iSolved is a simple-to-use, unified platform that helps companies manage their workforce more effectively today, while also scaling and configuring as business needs change in the future,” said Justin Raniszeski, Chief Commercial Officer of iSolved HCM. “With its dedication to exceptional client service, we’re excited to have GTM Payroll Services as part of our network to serve New York’s Capital Region.”
