GreenGut Wellness Wants to Help Businesses Get Healthier In 2018

Every business owner wants a healthier, happier, more productive staff. But how can you implement a truly successful corporate wellness program when all the available health information seems to contradict itself?

Theresa "Sam" Houghton, a wellness consultant based in North Greenbush and owner of GreenGut Wellness, wants to change all that. With 2018 on the horizon, Houghton is offering an informative workshop for all Capital Region business owners interested in creating simple, straightforward health plans for their employees.

"As a society, we tend to over-complicate the concepts of eating well and moving more," Houghton points out. "I want to give business owners the tools to bring health and well-being to their companies without all the unnecessary confusion."

The Gear Up Your Business for a Better New Year workshop will take place on Wednesday, December 13th from 12pm to 2pm in the first floor conference rooms of the Chamber offices at 90 4th Street in Troy. To register, call 518-545-8370. Admission: $15. Pre-payment for this event is required.
