Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York Announce New Vice President of Mission, Strategy and Delivery
Albany, NY – Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York (GSNENY) has announced that Jill Rafferty-Weinsich has been named vice president of mission, strategy and delivery.
In her new role, Rafferty-Weinisch is responsible for overseeing the departments most directly related to delivering the Girl Scout experience: Membership, Volunteer Services and Girl Experience.
Rafferty-Weinisch brings more than 25 years of experience developing and expanding innovative programming across the Capital Region’s non-profit sector as well as involvement in both broad and inclusive youth development throughout the Capital Region to her new position at GSNENY. Some of her prior programming efforts include, being the Director of Education at Capital Repertory Theater and the Director of Youth Services at Equinox.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in performing arts with a concentration in theatre from Adelphi University and a Master of Arts in liberal studies from Skidmore College. Rafferty-Weinisch is a former Nassau County (NY) Girl Scout and now resides in Troy with her husband, George, and cat, Oberon.
