Everything UR Officially Launches Website and Charitable Foundation

Nearly one year ago, we put pen-to-paper to mind-map what we wanted our small start-up company, Everything UR, to be. First and foremost, we knew we wanted it to be a social-impact company and had a very good idea of our end-goal. Still, we never imagined all the steps involved in starting a small start-up, from inception to fruition. While the mind-map helped the unknowns were unpredictable, and worst of all, no one could have predicted Covid-19 and the impact it has on all of us personally and us all as a society. Company cofounder, Bob Bascom-Cohane stated, “The phrase, ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ is aptly appropriate and we have certainly learned a lot along the way; so much so that we could write a book!” However, as is etched in chalk on the chalkboard in our kitchen, “you have to conceive it to believe it, and you have to believe it to achieve it!”

That being said, we are excited to announce the official launch of our Everything UR website, our ‘LOVED’ apparel line, and our non-profit charity, the Everything UR Foundation. Everything UR was founded with the belief that “One Word Can Change Everything.” We know that using positive words when speaking with children is undeniably and exponentially transformative. Whether positive or negative, one word can change the trajectory of a child’s life and adulthood. The goal of Everything UR is to help raise the awareness of the impact that positive words have on the development, psyche, and lives of children through the use of one-word affirmations on apparel and merchandise.

Everything UR Founder and President, Greg Cohane, stated, “We launched the Everything UR apparel line with the affirmation that ‘UR LOVED.’ Period. Genuinely knowing and feeling loved, unconditionally, is the most basic of all human needs. It is what makes us thrive, not struggle to survive. That’s why we chose to launch our Everything UR apparel line with the most powerful one-word affirmation of all.”

We formed the Everything UR Foundation to be a companion entity to Everything UR with 10% of all sales being directed to the Foundation. This percentage will only increase as Everything UR becomes more established. The Everything UR Foundation provides funding to organizations that align with the Everything UR mission and purpose. Specifically, organizations that support and advocate for the mental wellness, safety, and security of children growing up in toxic family environments and adults who are coping with the emotional, psychological, and physiological aftermath of being raised in such climates.
