Equine Group Experiences for the Fall: Greenstone Experiential Announces the Fall Group Schedule at Grace Reins Farm
Greenstone Experiential is excited to announce the fall schedule for Equine Experiences at the Grace Reins Farm.
Greenstone is offering a Women's Group with Horses starting Wednesday September 11th, a Growth and Learning Group with Horses on Thursdays starting Thursday, October 3rd, and a Couples Group with Horses, starting Wednesday, October 9th, all held from from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., at Grace Reins Farm, Nassau, NY. Each group meets three or four times.
Equine growth and learning groups allow people to experience the power of the horse-human bond while exploring personal growth goals such as effective communication, healthy relationships, stress reduction, confidence, assertiveness and more. Horses are powerful teachers! The group sessions are for adults 21 and no previous horse experience is needed.
Additional Teen Groups with Horses will also be offered in partnership with community schools and organizations. Please contact Jill Wolski for more information, or if you would like to get your teen involved.
For more information on all the groups, please visit www.greenstonexp.com or contact [email protected].
About Greenstone Experiential
We offer group experiences for growth and change at both the farm and the office.
All equine experiences for growth and learning are held at Grace Reins Farm in Nassau, NY. Lead facilitators Janet Botaish and Jill Wolski are certified through EAGALA, the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association and have hosted equine groups for women, families and teens since 2016. Equine experiences build upon the power of the horse-human connection to create opportunities for enhanced insight and problem-solving in a rural environment away from the stressors of every-day life.
Office-based experiences for growth and learning are held at 120 Defreest Drive in the Rensselaer Tech Park, and at businesses in the community. Lead facilitator Greg Reid, PhD., is certified in Moreno-based psychodramatic and sociodramatic facilitation which helps to illuminate perspectives, values and diverse opinions with a focus on emotional safety, helping people work more effectively together. Dr. Reid has been leading groups in growth and learning since 2011. Customized group interventions in business settings target social dynamics and are especially useful to address business problems caused by interpersonal problems, poor communication, gossip, bullying, harassment, low motivation and poor job satisfaction.
