eBizDocs Named PSIGEN Partner of the Year

eBizDocs is honored to announce it received PSIGEN’s Partner of the Year Award. eBizDocs was chosen from a worldwide network of PSIGEN partners for its ability to continually exceed customer expectations across a broad range of industries. Superior product and implementation knowledge allows eBizDocs to apply the PSIGEN document capture and management solutions in numerous state and local governmental agencies and commercial businesses.

“I cannot think any other partner more deserving of this award’” said Bruce Hensley, PSIGEN, CEO. “eBizDocs continually helps customers maximize efficiencies, reduce costs, and achieve industry compliance by using PSIGEN products. Their product knowledge, technical expertise, and focus to fully understand the customer’s needs sets them apart and goes beyond our expectations.”

eBizDocs’ initial business offering was scanning large volumes of documents for customers making a digital transformation. Its relationship with PSIGEN started in 2002 when a customer also needed an efficient solution for managing scanned documents. After researching the market, eBizDocs chose PSIGEN because they offer a dependable and easy to use solution that is flexible enough to support the variety of customers eBizDocs serves. Today, eBizDocs also uses PSIGEN’s PSIcapture (Document Capture) and PSIsafe (Document Management) products for internal operations in addition to satisfying customer needs.

“eBizDocs is thankful and honored to receive this award,” said Howard Gross, eBizDocs, President and CEO. “This achievement would not be possible without all the hard work and dedication of the eBizDocs team and excellent support from PSIGEN.”

Also receiving PSIGEN awards this year are UpFlow, Distributor of the Year, and 5 other resellers in the Partner in Excellence category
