CDPHP Ranks #1 in J.D. Power Member Satisfaction Study in New York, Three Years Running



For the third consecutive year, CDPHP has ranked “#1 in Member Satisfaction among Commercial Health Plans in New York” in the J.D. Power 2019 Commercial Member Health Plan Study. The study measures member satisfaction among 146 health plans in 22 regions across the country.

“For more than 35 years, CDPHP has served our community as a leading not-for-profit health plan, focused on making our members healthy, happy, safe, and secure,” said Dr. John D. Bennett, president and CEO, CDPHP. “A third J.D. Power Award cements the fact that we have the most dedicated, hardworking team of employees serving those members, and I couldn’t be more proud of all that we have accomplished.”

CDPHP scored the highest in New York in the following factors:

·         Cost

·         Coverage and Benefits

·         Customer Service

·         Information and Communication

·         Provider Choice

·         Billing and Payment

CDPHP members enjoy access to 825,000 doctors nationwide, as well as free preventive care, free gym access, free wellness classes, superior customer service, and a host of innovative products and services to keep them well.
