Capital CFO Lends a Helping Hand to Area Non-Profit Organizations



To all nonprofits:

During this time of great uncertainty, one thing remains steadfast: our commitment to our clients and our community.  We are offering free grant writing/application assistance for nonprofits and public service entities that may be eligible for disaster relief funding in order to provide enhanced response to the community in light of COVID-19.

Our experienced grant writers are available to expedite your grant application now, allowing you and your staff to dedicate your time and capacity to addressing the needs of the community.

Emergency funds have been developed through the following local foundations in order to provide rapid, local response to this pandemic.  See below for more information on local funds available:

Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region: Capital Region Community COVID-19 Response Fund

Funding is available to rapidly deploy resources to community-based organizations at the frontlines of the coronavirus outbreak in the Greater Capital Region of New York.

Eligible entities must serve within Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady counties; entities serving Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Schoharie, Warren, and Washington counties may be considered

 

Adirondack Foundation: Special and Urgent Needs (SUN) Fund

Funding is available to support: access to food, child care, low-wage workers and the elderly, nonprofits and small business and critical media in response to COVID-19.

Eligible entities must serve within Clinton, Essex, Franklin, and Hamilton counties.
