CAP COM Provides Nearly 300 New Winter Coats to Underserved Children
CAP COM Federal Credit Union and its charitable giving arm, the CAP COM Cares Foundation, donated nearly 300 new winter coats to children in need at the Lansingburgh Family Resource Center. The children, ranging in age from six weeks to five years old, attend the Commission on Economic Opportunity’s (CEO) Early Head Start Program and Head Start Program in Troy.
The CAP COM Cares Foundation has partnered with CEO on the Coats for Kids Program for several consecutive years. All of the coats were purchased this year from local business partner B. Lodge & Company in Albany.
