BST & Co. CPAs, LLP announces appointment of new staff members



ALBANY, NY – June 24, 2020 – BST & Co., LLP today announced a series of new staff appointments at the Capital Region-based financial and management consulting firm.

“We are pleased to welcome our newest staff members to BST as we continue our efforts to provide the highest quality of service to our clients across a broad range of disciplines,” said BST & Co. Managing Partner Ron Guzior. “The skillset possessed by each of these individuals will be a tremendous asset to both our firm and the companies and individuals we work with each day.”

The appointments include positions in the following departments:

Audit and Accounting
• Lend Anadolli, Senior Associate
Anadolli is responsible for the planning, supervision and review of audit and other attest engagements, as well as the preparation of basic and complex financial statements and all deliverables to clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in professional accounting from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

• April Turner, Associate
Turner assists the audit and accounting department on engagements by performing testing procedures and preparing electronic workpapers. She holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Siena College.

• Lindsey Bolton, Administrative Coordinator
Bolton performs a variety of administrative functions to support the audit and accounting team, including acting as the primary point of operational and administrative contact for the department. She holds an associate’s degree in liberal arts from Hudson Valley Community College.

• Heather Kennish, Administrative Assistant
Kennish performs a variety of administrative functions to support the audit and accounting team, including the production of a wide range of documents, complex correspondence, memos and reports. She holds an associate’s degree in individual studies from Hudson Valley Community College.

Internal Client Services
• Kaylee Myint, Accounts Receivable Specialist
Myint administers the firm’s accounts receivable responsibilities, cash management and client database. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Columbia-Greene Community College.

Retirement Planning
• Cindy Campopiano, Associate
Campopiano is responsible for working with the retirement planning team on a variety of initiatives, including trust accounting, employer contribution calculations, plan compliance testing, government reporting and filing and processing of participant loans and distributions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Valuation, Forensic and Litigation
• Nytasha Leach, Analyst
Leach performs business valuations, forensic accounting, financial analyses, document review and industry research for the valuation, forensic and litigation team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Siena College.
