Audi Selects H&V Collision Center’s Oakwood Avenue, Troy location as an Authorized Audi Collision Repair Facility

H&V Collision Center, the largest independent and family-owned collision repair company in the Capital Region, has met the high standards needed to earn designation as an Audi Authorized Collision Repair facility at H&V’s Oakwood Avenue, Troy location.

The Audi program means approved collision repair facilities like H&V meet the high and exacting manufacturing specifications set by Audi for repairs to steel, aluminum and hybrid Audi vehicles. H&V will now be the recommended collision repair facility for Audi owners in the H&V service area.

Said Audi representative Rico Abramzon, Area After Sales Manager – Eastern Region

“Audi sets a standard for performance, luxury and durability, and Audi owners expect the very best from their vehicles. H&V is honored to have met the high standards set by Audi to be selected for the Audi collision repair facility program,” said H&V’s Vartan Jerian Jr.

“H&V is proud to have cared for many Audi vehicles during our more than forty years in operation. Audi owners in the H&V service area can have confidence that when their car or SUV is brought to H&V that work is being done up to the specifications and requirements set by Audi,” added Jerian.

H&V is the only collision repair facility in upstate to earn a selection as an Audi Authorized Collision Repair facility for Audi’s collision repair program. There are currently only 10 other shops in the entire state to earn the Audi designation, with H&V the 11th shop to be certified.

To qualify for Audi’s program at the H&V Oakwood Avenue, Troy location, H&V technicians received specialized training, and H&V will now utilize specialized tools for repairs to Audi vehicles. H&V will utilize approved Audi parts for collision repairs to return vehicles to manufacturer’s standards. H&V will also receive regular updates and training to ensure excellence and quality in repairs for all Audi vehicles.

H&V operates seven locations from the Adirondacks, through the Capital Region and into the Hudson Valley. With designation complete for the H&V Oakwood Avenue, Troy location, H&V plans to seek designation as an Audi Authorized Collision Repair facility at the other six H&V locations.

H&V also had repair facilities reviewed to ensure specifications and standards set by Audi are met. H&V operates seven repair facilities from the Adirondack region, throughout the Capital District, and into the Hudson Valley of upstate New York.

“H&V has always placed a priority on staying current with the latest technology and techniques. That commitment to repair excellence and customer service is shown with H&V’s selection as the preferred and recommended Audi collision repair facility in our region,” said H&V’s Vartan Jerian Jr.

Founded over 40-years-ago, H&V has expanded from a two-man operation on Oakwood Avenue in Troy, to the largest independently-owned collision repair business in the Capital Region. H&V Collision Center now operates seven locations in the Capital Region and upstate, including locations in Troy, Queensbury, Saratoga, Colonie, Kingston, Schenectady and Clifton Park.
