    Rose is the Owner of Pinnacle Human Resources, LLC located in Albany, NY. A human resources professional for over twenty years, her expertise is human resources consulting. Providing strategic HR support and expert HR best practices she helps clients reduce costs and focus on their core business. She offers clients customized solutions that fit any size company. Her practice includes HR audits, employee handbook preparation, on-site and off-site HR support services, leave management services, training, employee performance programs, talent acquisition and alignment of people to fit corporate initiatives.

    Vincent E. Polsinelli is a Principal and the Office Litigation Manager in the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Polsinelli regularly assists companies in resolving employment-related claims in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. As a member of the firm’s Class Actions and Complex Litigation and Wage and Hour Practice Groups, the primary focus of Mr. Polsinelli’s litigation practice involves representing employers in class and/or collective actions under the FLSA and state wage and hour laws. Whatever the workplace dispute, he helps clients to achieve their best result, whether through strategic litigation or alternative resolution efforts. He has significant experience helping clients obtain positive results in both class-action and single-plaintiff litigation matters involving wage and hour disputes; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; employee benefits issues; restrictive covenant enforcement; and other contractual disagreements.

    In addition to these litigation matters, Mr. Polsinelli also provides preventive counseling and compliance advice to employers in all areas of employment law. He regularly advises clients in a broad range of industries on complex and highly regulated areas, such as wage and hour compliance, and works with clients to develop and maintain sound workplace policies and practices.

    John Millet is President of Bouchey & Clarke Benefits, Inc. and has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance, banking, and consulting fields. John has considerable experience with governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, and public companies.  Additionally, John possesses expertise in developing and analyzing cost containment strategies and alternative funding arrangements.

    John works with a diverse client base that covers a wide range of businesses and industries. He works with privately-held businesses, school districts, non-profits and governments, and start-up businesses.

    He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (’87) in Troy, New York with a B.S. in management with concentrations in management systems and accounting.
